Grundgy Grad Session

On Sunday afternoon we hit some of the lesser known sites of Duluth with Jacob, his mom and his sister. This young funky family introduced me to Duluth's Graffiti Graveyard. What a fantastic place to shoot! The color found in this underground culture was absolutely amazing!
After we crawled out under the freeway, we hit some of the docking yards down in the industrial park. The vibe totally matched Jacob's relaxed punk style.
Jacob...you were so much fun to work with! I can't wait to get started on the rest of your pics!

Cross Country

As a photograher, I truly felt priviledgd to have Natalie as a client. This cute and spunky cross country runner traveled several hours north to have me capture her senior portraits. Natalie and her mom were such a pleasure to work with...and seemed to thoroughly enjoy visiting some of Duluth's local hide-outs. I'm still working on her pics, but plan to post more of her session to my website in the coming week! Check back soon....

Ain't No Mountain High Enough
My multi-day shoot with Abby started atop Duluth's Moose Mountain. The 360 degree views of Lake Superior and unique props scattered throughout the property enabled me to capture some amazing shots! Day two of our shoot started down at Park Point and concluded at the Heritage Hockey Arena. To view more of Abby's photos, click the "Portraits" link on my website.

Strike A Pose
I recently spent some time getting acquainted with the much overlooked community of Superior, WI. Eric and his mom, Ruth, followed me around to roughly 14 unique locations throughout town...including Billings Park, Barker's Island and if you can believe it...the Hammond Bar. If you can't tell already...this boy was born to model! To view more of Eric's pics, visit my "Portraits" gallery.

Let The Sessions Begin...
June is here! Do you know what that means? The busy senior portrait season is underway! Samantha and her mom, Sandy, braved an early morning in Canal Park (high winds and all) for my first senior photo shoot of the season. After capturing some urban chic shots downtown, we headed to the Woodland ice rink and the fields above St. Scholastica to capture two Samantha's favorite activities...hockey and soccer! To view more of Samantha's images, click here to access my "Portraits" gallery.
